A simplified villager-powered iron farm. Three villagers in a glass pod are scared by a caged zombie, so the game spawns iron golems on the platform below. Water pushes each golem into a hole with a lava blade above hoppers — iron flows into the chest.

💡 Tips & usage

The bright green blocks are villagers and the dark green block is the zombie — they are marker blocks in this preview, not real blocks. You bring the actual mobs (3 villagers + 1 zombie).
Each villager must claim a bed and work the composter at least once; the zombie must have line of sight to the villagers through the glass to trigger golem spawns.
In game, put signs (or open trapdoors) just under the platform hole so the pushing water does not follow the golem down into the lava.
Name-tag the zombie (or use a zombie villager under a roof) so it never despawns, and make sure it cannot reach or hit the villagers.
